| Gary Green, Vice President | ||
|
Gary joined the Backstage Theatre Board after serving Summit County as a firefighter, high school baseball coach and community leader
since 1989. He further indulged his passion for the performing arts recently while onstage in On Golden Pond. He is thrilled and honored
with this opportunity to serve, and hopes to bring unique knowledge and perspective to the continuing success of the Backstage Theatre.

| Pam O'Neil, Secretary | ||
|
Pam is a proud Illini with a BS in education from the University of Illinois, Champaign and a Rainbow Warrior with an MLS from the
Manoa Campus of the University of Hawaii. She taught in Aurora, Illinois, and was a school librarian in Northbrook, Illinois, and Parkway
School District in Missouri. She is the owner and manager of Siemering Farms, LLC. Her avocation is anthropology with special interest in
the prehistory of North America. She served on the Board of Directors of the Center For American Archaeology in Kampsville, Illinois, for
many years and has participated in a number of archaeological digs in the lower Illinois River Valley. Pam and her husband, Jack, sing in
the Father Dyer Church choir and the Summit Choral Society and celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in 2011 by performing in the
Backstage Theatre production of "The Music Man."

| Steve Bainbridge | ||
|
Steve has recently joined the board to add more marketing resource to the Backstage Theatre. He and wife Sandy moved to Frisco two years ago
and built a new home in Water Dance. Steve spent the early and middle years of his career with Proctor and Gamble, Bausch and Lomb and Wilson
Learning in sales management, product management, and marketing. He has his BA in Economics - Harvard and University of Washington, and an
MBA - Marketing. Steve was an officer in the US Navy, and a Vietnam Vet on the USS Agerholm, DD-826, a destroyer ship type. His family comes
from a line of show business people where his grandfather was impresario of the Schubert Theatre in Minneapolis, his grandmother the leading
lady, it was, at the time the "Longest Running Stock Company," in the early 1900's. Steve's father and mother were recently honored as
"Treasures of Santa Fe" for their life-long work in marketing and promoting 10 ski areas throughout the West from 1945 on. Steve's work with
Wilson Learning was particularly focused on using elements of entertainment and visual metaphor in the development and implementation of
interactive video learning programs for large multinational companies for sales, leadership, and management skills development.

| Penny Banks | ||
|
Penny is a graduate of University of Texas. Her interest in theatre began many years ago as an "actress" in many productions staged in
Texas. Ms. Banks became a partner with Gordon, Hughes & Banks, CPA, where she worked for 35 years (merged into Eide Bailly CPA's). She
retired in 2009 when she joined Backstage Theatre Board of Directors. Even though she no longer is on stage, she dearly loves the theater.

| Theo Fleisch | ||
|
Theo is a native of the Austrian Alps and holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Innsbruck. He is a retired oil and
gas executive who is still very busy in international consulting for alternative fuels. He and his wife, Renate, spend the year between
the Sonoran desert and the Colorado Rockies. Their two sons live in San Francisco and Seattle. Theo and Renate love the Backstage
Theatre and want to see it excel and prosper.

| Anne Parmley | ||
|
Anne is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. She came to Breckenridge after college to ski and play before heading
back to school at the University of Denver School of Law for her Juris Doctor. Ms. Parmley has been back in Breckenridge for the past
18 years where she works as an attorney and enjoys family time with her husband Dirk and their two very active boys. Their sons have
enjoyed being involved with the Backstage KidsPlay as well as other Backstage productions.

| Geralyn Smitherman | ||

Geralyn Smitherman is a retired elementary school teacher whose interests include reading, writing, photography. Having spent fifteen
years involved in public speaking as a book reviewer/storyteller, interest in the Backstage and its productions is a natural! Geralyn
and her husband, Jim, have four beautiful children who have gifted Nana & Pop Pop with eight rollicking & rambunctious grandchildren
who are the light of their lives!

| Christopher Willard, Artistic Director | ||
Christopher has been the Artistic Director of the Backstage Theatre for since 2005. Previously, he was on staff at the Arvada
Center for the Arts and Humanities, directing several of their mainstage and children's theatre productions. His work as an actor,
writer, and director has been seen up and down the front range. His shows have been produced in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, New York,
and Texas. His script for "Hidden" (written with Jamie Bruss) was recently published by Playscripts, Inc. He has received numerous
nominations and awards for his work including the Denver Post Ovation, CTG Henry Award, and honors from CCTC. He is a past recipient
of a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. He was a graduate fellow in the drama department at Syracuse University.

| Alicia Dineen, Business Manager | ||
|
Alicia grew up in Chicago and earned a degree in Russian Area Studies from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois. She lived in San Diego
for 25 years, where she worked in the aerospace and telecommunications industries, most recently as an executive at Qualcomm. She has
always enjoyed music and the arts, and moved to Breckenridge in 2008 with her husband, Dennis (a retired Navy SEAL).

| Kim Lineaweaver, Ticketing Manager | ||

Frankie, a Colorado native, is a former marketing director for the City and County of Denver's Division of Theatres and Arenas as well
as the Mayor's Office of Economic Development and International Trade. Her expertise is promoting live entertainment and has over 20
years experience to her credit. Her current project is the re-development of the Orpheum Theatre in New Orleans. Something no one knows
about her... she was once a Ringing Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus promoter.
