You are invited to take part in a very special evening of good food, excellent wines, and exceptional Broadway-style musical entertainment.
The Bill of Fare
Whether hot or cold, sunny, raining, or snowing, it's always nice enough out for a
WINE TASTING.
And, to ensure enjoyable palates, it's even nicer to have
APPETIZERS to go along with them.
Better yet, if you join us for wines and appetizers, you will help support the Backstage Theatre.
The wines will vary from light to heavy and from white to red. And the appetizers will be on the
"heavy" side so you won't watch the show hungry.
Wine and appetizers are kindly arranged by Backstage Theatre supporters, Rhona and David Pessel.
The Production
The talent for this evening includes cast members from our current hit producton of "The Fantasticks"
- Matt Dailey who plays Matt, Whitney Semin who plays Luisa, David Ambroson who plays El Gallo,
Emily Levin, and
Mary Gottlieb, music director and pianist extraordinaire. Joining this stellar group will be Doug
Webster, previously seen at the Backstage in Cannibal the Musical, and Lisa Finnerty, Denver singer
featured in many shows at the Town Hall Arts Center. This extraordinarily talented group of singers
will perform some of their favorite Broadway songs in an intimate cabaret evening you won't want to
miss. Technical support and direction will be provided by Christopher Willard.
Songs will include selections from "Phantom of the Opera", "Les Miserables", "South Pacific", "The
Secret Garden", "Thoroughly Modern Millie", "Evita" and more.

Tickets are only $35 per person or $60 per couple
