Step through the doors of the spookiest establishment in Breckenridge on a perfect night to "dine with spirit" (or "spirits" - as the case may be!)
Discover the hidden history behind the Haunted Hearthstone as ghosts from the past materialize to celebrate Halloween with you.
Guests are encouraged to dress in costume. Terrific prizes will be awarded in categories including Best Overall, Funniest, Scariest and more.
Enjoy a frighteningly fabulous three-course feast prepared by the ghoulish gourmet chefs at the Hearthstone Restaurant.
MENU OPTIONS
Starter:
Witch's Best Green Salad with ginger root raspberry vinaigrette, essence of shaved fennel, eye of grape tomatoes, sacrificial goat cheese - served
with toasted and freshly baked artisan bread (made from a real Artisan)
Entree:
Filet of Roast Beast with machete and mancheto anna potato and sauteed ghoulish garlic spider spinach
Baked Big Bird stuffed with moucho camembert, screaming smoked cherry demi, poison apple parsnip puree
King of the Deep Monster Salmon with grilled asparagus fingers, yukon gold potato (raised from the grave of a yukon miner) and scallion haunted hash
Vampire Vegetarian Spring Roll with Sesame Count's tomato basmatic rice; grilled pineapple; soy reduction; sweet chiller chili sauce
Dessert:
Deviled Mousse (de-horned)
Drinks:
Cash Bar (for those spirits needing an extra lift)
Meal and entertainment is $50. Proceeds benefit the Backstage Theatre's community events and programs.
