The critically acclaimed Backstage Children's Theatre presents an exciting new production of a
family favorite, "Babe The Sheep-Pig", playing alternating weekend throughout the summer.
Based on the book by Dick King-Smith, this adaptation by renowned children's theatre dramatist
David Wood tells the story of a plucky pig who defied all expectations to become a champion
sheep-herder.
Told with great humor, joy, and heartwarming sincerity, this is a tale that shows how determination,
hard-work, and good manners can help to achieve most any goal.
The show is directed by Backstage Theatre Artistic Director Christopher Willard who directed
the award-winning Colorado premiere production at the Arvada Center back in 2000.
