When self-styled literary artist Manley Carstairs loses his dominating mother and inherits
her large Victorian house, he advertises for a housekeeper. He makes the mistake of hiring
sticky-fingered Annie Dankworth, the worst housekeeper in the history of housekeeping.
It’s hate at first sight as Annie quickly makes her employer’s life a (hilarious) living hell!
When Manley tries to fire Annie, he finds her unwilling to go without a fight.
Let the battle of wills begin.
