LOCALS LOUNGE A SUMMIT FEAST

A sample of the best in Summit County variety is coming to the Breckenridge Theatre on March 16.

The Backstage Theatre is proud to introduce "LOCALS LOUNGE", an evening of music and comedy, featuring local acts and sketches and songs with a decidedly Summit slant. Witness the creation of Summit County by Ullr himself (who then moderates a hilarious call-in talk-show to help "gapers" deal with the trials of the terrain), experience the first (and last) country night at 320 South, listen in on the inner monologue of a first time marijuana user, welcome the return of The Bro Bras to the stage as they actively seek employment in the recession-hit high country... and many, many more fun songs and sketches to fill your pre-St. Patty's Day night with entertainment and fun.

The craziness kicks off at 8PM on Tuesday, March 16 at the Breckenridge Theatre, located at 121 S. Ridge Street in Breckenridge. Participants in "LOCALS LOUNGE" include Mike Gibson, Nathan Riopelle, Genevieve Price, Dustin Murphy, Lucy Westwood, Carisa Peterson, Michelle Marzo, Christopher Willard, Sam Dickstein, and Tim and "Faith" Moore... just to name a few.

Tickets for the show are $10 general admission - or just $8 if you bring a non-perishable food item to the theatre to donate to FIRC. Beer, wine, soft drinks, and snacks will be available for purchase at the event. Seating is limited, so we recommend you make a reservation, though walk-ins are always welcome if space remains. Call 970-453-0199 to get your tickets.
