Dr. Nina Jannetti (President)

Nina practiced for many years at a large ophthalmology clinic in Houston, TX. As a part time resident of Breckenridge in 2009, she began volunteering for the Backstage Theatre box office before moving to Breckenridge full time in 2014. She was immediately impressed with the quality and depth of our community theater, and has particularly enjoyed assisting with fundraising and costumes. Nina is the proud mother of three adult children, for whom she actively participated with high school theater productions in many capacities. She is also an active volunteer with the Breckenridge Film Festival and other local organizations, and tries to spend a part of each day in our beautiful outdoors on the golf course, hiking, or skiing.


David Hughes (Past President)

David is a retired partner with Ernst & Young, where he served for 35 years in a variety of client service and senior leadership roles. Highlights include working internationally as part of the Global Management Group to drive key aspects of EY’s global integration strategy and running a six office geographic region in the U.S. He previously served on the Boards of two Tony Award winning regional theaters - Actors Theatre of Louisville and Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park - while living and working in those cities. David and his wife Jill first bought a home in Breckenridge in 2008 while living in London and began spending more time here upon retirement in 2011. They currently split their time between Breckenridge and Denver.


Laurie Rambaud (Treasurer)

Laurie is Chief Technical Officer for PHRED Solutions (a small software company). A proud Breckenridge local since 1994 with one husband - Nick, one daughter - Vivian and two dogs - Rufus Beta Canine and Coco Von Puppy. A frequent box office volunteer and illustrious 2012 Box Office Volunteer of the year. She appeared in the Backstage's "Music Man", and "Love Loss and What I Wore" in 2013. Her "secret" -- she has applied for CBS' Survivor 15 times and won't stop until they cast her.


John Ebright (Secretary)

John and his wife, Linda, retired to Summit County in 2006. John graduated from UCLA in 1966. He received his Army Commission and spent the next two years in the military where he served with the !st Infantry Division in SVN. He returned to school and received an MBA from Cal-State University, Long Beach and and then a CPA certificate. His professional career includes Vice-President/Controller for 3 publicly held utility companies in Illinois and Wisconsin. Both John and Linda are involved with volunteer activities in the community. John is on the board of the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center and they both have been volunteer instructors since 2006. In addition, they serve on the Host Committee for the Wounded Warriors Family Ski Week, an organization that hosts 10 families each year. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren who live in the Denver area.


Tom Briggs

Tom and his wife, Peggy, retired to Breckenridge 11 years ago from Denver where Tom spent 10 years as a CPA with two of the four worldwide accounting firms and 25 years as Chief Financial Officer of public and private companies in the oil and gas and food industries. Since retiring to Breckenridge, Tom served for 9 years on the boards of two public companies in the oil and gas and engineering/construction services industries, and he currently serves as a Director of the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors in Denver. He is a graduate of Duke University in Accounting and the Georgetown University Law Center. Besides being ardent fans of the Breckenridge Backstage Theatre, he and Peggy are avid skiers and also own a sail boat in the British Virgin Islands where they spend a lot of their time when away from Breckenridge. They have eight grandchildren in Denver and Westport, CT who are often treated to a children's theatre production when they are in town.


Crystal Goossen

Crystal is a Summit County native who lives in Frisco full-time with her husband Derek and their two children, Peyton and Riley.  Crystal spent many years on the board of the PTSA for her children’s school and continues to volunteer in the classroom as often as she can.  After seeing shows for a number of years in several of the BBT locations, she now enjoys working with the Theatre helping out with a variety of things including work with costumes and props for the many youth theater productions here at The Backstage.  When Crystal is not playing entourage to her offspring, she and her family spend their free time enjoying the outdoors, boating, “glamping,” skiing and traveling to new locations anytime the opportunity arises.


Linda Hall

Linda Hall has been a part-time Breckenridge resident since 1990 and now makes Breckenridge a full-time home.  She has served on a wide variety of boards including Performing Arts For Youth, the Coalition for Adult Literacy, the Woman's Educational Society of Colorado College, Applause!, and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Colorado Springs. 


David Nicoli

David Nicoli is a seasoned, results-oriented management consultant, board member, lawyer, and senior corporate executive with more than 30 years of experience advising CEOs and senior management teams on how to lead through complex legal, regulatory, political and reputational matters. He is highly valued for his ability to find common ground among disparate company stakeholders and innovative solutions to controversial issues. David is well-regarded as a strategist and change agent who constructively challenges company and industry orthodoxies to find the best possible business solutions.  David currently is President of The Nicoli Consulting Group, a management consulting firm specializing in providing strategic counsel to businesses in the areas of corporate governance, compliance, reputation management, risk & crisis management, public affairs, communications, corporate culture, and corporate responsibility. Nicoli Consulting provides companies with innovative, impactful solutions to complex issues, derived from a deep understanding of societal expectations and what businesses need to do to operate successfully in the face of those expectations.


Gene Sosville

Gene and her husband Richard grew up in Massachusetts and moved often during his career.  After many vacations skiing in Breckenridge with their four sons, they bought a home on peak 8 and by 2000 retired and moved here full time.  Gene and her family, which now includes 11 grandchildren, love Breckenridge with its outdoor activities and its small town ambience and cultural opportunities like the Breckenridge Backstage!  Gene’s varied work experience includes: art teacher, newspaper reporter, Art Council Director, Researcher and Copywriter and twenty years as a Real Estate Broker.  She loves living in small towns and being involved in town government serving on a Charter Commission,  Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Breckenridge Public Art Commission. Her volunteer activities include League of Women Voters, National Ski Patrol, Breckenridge Mountain Ambassador, Applause Board Member and Shock Hill Architecture Review Board.
