Magical Tree House: A Ghost Tale for Mr. Dicken’s JR.


 

Fall 2019 Kids Play will begin September 9, 2019!!

In this adaptation of book #44 in Mary Pope Osborne's beloved series Magic Tree House, Jack and Annie travel back in time to Victorian London! There, they meet Charles Dickens who is suffering from a terrible case of writer's block. Through their adventures they inspire Mr. Dickens to write one of the greatest holiday tales of all time.

Mondays 9/9-11/18

NO CLASS 10/14 or 10/28

We will also follow Summit County Public Schools with respect to any weather cancellations.

Time: 3:30pm (Grades 1-4) & 4:30pm (Grades 5-8)

Location: Breckenridge Theatre - 121 S. Ridge St.

Tuition is $200 per camper.

KidsPlay Directed by Cara Janes.

Cara Janes is a recent New York City transplant. She studied ballet at San Jose-Cleveland Ballet School, The Washington School of Ballet, and American Dance Institute before attending Ursinus College where she majored in both Dance and International Relations. While attending Ursinus College she studied under Cathy Young and Chris Aiken, broadening her dance education to include modern, contemporary ballet, jazz, and contact improvisation. She also attended Headlong Performance Institute in Philadelphia where she delved into Lecoq clown, Commedia dell’Arte, neutral mask, and more generalized movement work. She also has experience in musical theatre, choreography, stage management, and directing.
