Wax your mustache and hold onto your passport for the most highly produced comedy-mystery in the world!
Just after midnight, a snowdrift stops the Orient Express in its tracks. The luxurious train is surprisingly full for the time of the year, but by the morning it is one passenger fewer. An American tycoon lies dead in his compartment, stabbed eight times, his door locked from the inside. Isolated and with a killer in their midst, the passengers rely on detective Hercule Poirot to identify the murderer – in case he or she decides to strike again.

Adapted from Agatha Christie’s masterpiece by two-time Tony-nominated playwright Ken Ludwig (Lend Me a Tenor, Crazy for You), Agatha Christie’s Murder on the Orient Express is a funny, fast-paced thrill ride.

Murder on the Orient Express is a favorite mystery comedy classic for the whole family!

Approx Run Time: 2 hours with a 15 minute intermission
Age Recommendation: Ages 10 and up. We encourage you to use your judgment based on your child’s age and maturity level
Content Considerations: Features staged violence, murder, tense dramatic scenes, and minimal adult language. The play is known for being a fast-paced "whodunit" that emphasizes suspense and mystery rather than graphic gore.

A Pulitzer Prize finalist for Drama, A.R Gurney’s Love Letters is a two-hander drama comprised of letters exchanged between two friends over a lifetime. Andrew and Melissa, both born into wealth and position, begin their correspondence in childhood with birthday party thank-you notes. Their letters continue through their boarding school and college years while they are romantically attached and later through their individual marriages and careers. As the actors read the letters aloud, an evocative, touching, frequently funny, but always telling pair of character studies is revealed, where what is implied is as revealing and affecting as what is written down.

BBT is proud to bring back our annual community show, featuring a rotating cast of different Summit County Local Actors at every single performance! Come out and celebate our community with this warm, touching, and very funny show!
